Dear Owner,

Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) 2025 to discuss the streetlights options

You are invited to attend the EGM to be held on Thursday 26 June 2025 starting at 11.00hrs (first call) with second call 11.30 hrs. Please be prompt and note the different venue to usual, there is plenty of parking.

Please let us know whether you will attend by completing the form below. If you are not attending, please appoint a Proxy to vote for you. Proxy forms must be received by mid-night 25 June 2025 to be .accepted and votes counted.

This is an important meeting for which we need the views of all owners to ensure the best decision is made for everyone.

We encourage and welcome questions as this is a complex topic.

Questions should be made in writing by email to president@comunidadpinosol.com by Friday 20 June to allow time to prepare the answers which will be given at the meeting.

Other questions raised at the meeting requiring a detailed answer may need to be recorded and answered later.
