Following the AGM decision on 10 September 2025 to explore the cost of replacing our current streetlight system with a solar-powered alternative, we appointed Oscar Rodriguez, an Industrial Electrical Engineer, to lead the project. Oscar Rodriguez obtained four quotes from suppliers offering systems that meet Spanish street lighting standards for public roads. We met with all the suppliers listed to review their products and features. In addition, Oscar Rodriguz, Saul Tormo Ivars (Seyma Electricidad SL), and I visited the Fonroche factory in Agen, France.
