AGM

We plan to hold the meeting on Tuesday 12 September at the Pinosol Hotel as in previous years.

Full details and all necessary papers will be issued in August.

Social Event

We plan to hold a social event on Tuesday 26 September from 4-6pm. Venue to be confirmed nearer the time.

We hope many of our new owners can attend to meet all the neighbours.

Noise Policy

A reminder that noise can be a real nuisance for neighbours when it occurs at night and/or outside during the day. Please be respectful of your neighbours and ensure any guests in your property do the same.

The hours for absolute quiet are from midnight to 9h and 15h-17h during the day. No noise from building work/machines after 20h.

Rubbish

If you rent your property, please ensure your guests know where to take their rubbish or make sure you dispose of it for them. Last year we had several incidents of rubbish left in the street and on spare land, which is totally unacceptable.

Everyone’s cooperation to keep our Urbanisation clean and tidy is appreciated.

The Town Hall have removed the garden and general household rubbish containers from the corner of Calle Andrea di Bartolo and Calle Honor Daumier leaving the nearest ones now at the Travesia des les Cansalades Green Point. This area is fenced and gated but not locked.

WhatsApp Chat Group

Owner Sally Moore, of Calle Paul Cezanne, has offered to run a WhatsApp group for all owners who are interested in socialising, asking, and answering questions and general information.

For this purpose, Sally has agreed to be an honorary member of the Committee and be bound by the rules of GDPR in relation to phone numbers for the group on her phone. She will not be involved in any other Committee business.

To join the group, click the link below on your phone or in WhatsApp web or the WhatsApp app on a PC , laptop, or Apple device https://chat.whatsapp.com/Jx7IgWHRzrxI96NzOE4yTW

The Neighbourhood Watch WhatsApp group will continue to be available as a method of communicating and supporting our neighbours in order to reduce crime and the opportunity for crime, and to make this a safe area to live.

If you need help or see anything suspicious, send a message to the group so that we can help you. In the case of an emergency, such as a break-in, road accident, or a fire, please ring 112 where the operators speak Spanish, English, German, and other languages.

If anyone has any questions about the information given here please email president@comunidadpinosol.com
