Dear owner,

In preparation for the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 12 September we are now asking for anyone who is willing to join the Committee to put their name forward along with a brief description of what skills, experience, and knowledge they will bring to the role.

Myself, Pat Bramah and Paul Bird are all willing to continue in our present roles but we do have vacancies for two more owners to complete the Committee. If anyone wants to nominate themselves for President or Treasurer that of course is also open to any owner as well as the vacant roles of Secretary and Vocal 2.

The Committee meets as an when necessary for about 1.5 hrs to discuss relevant matters, we also communicate regularly by email and WhatsApp.

Please submit your nomination by 12 August so that we can include the prospective candidates in the Proxy Voting Form for absent owners as well as on the Agenda for the meeting.
