Invitation to the Annual General Meeting 2025

Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 – Salones Carrasco
The AGM will be held on Tuesday 23 September 2025 starting at 13.00hrs (first call) with second call 13.30 hrs. Please be prompt.

Please let us know whether you will attend by completing the form below to accept or if you are not attending to appoint a Proxy to vote for you.

Agenda

13.00 – 13.30 hrs Registration.

The first Meeting to be called at 13.00 hrs and, if insufficient people attend, a second Meeting will be convened at 13.30 hrs The length of the Annual General Meeting will be a maximum of 1.5 hours as we must vacate the meeting room by 15.00hrs

  • Welcome by the President
    • Apologies for Absence
    • Approval of the Minutes of the AGM held on the 10 September 2024
  • Annual Report HERE
  • Treasurer’s Report & ProposalsHERE
    • Accept the accounts for 2024/2025 – HERE
    • Approve Budget for 2025/2026
    • Take debtors to court and add 20% to all outstanding fees as at 31.12.25
    • Add 100€ for non-payers taken to court in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Horizontal Property
  • Election of Committee for 2025/2026
  • Agreement of Administrators for 2025/2026 – Agree to continue using Arenal Administration
  • Resolutions – Agree a subgroup of owners is formed to develop a formal system for reporting noise nuisance
  • Any other Business
    Questions from Owners – Because of the need to keep the meeting to 1.5 hours, priority will be given to questions from new owners
    • Questions for the AGM should be made in writing (email or post) to the President by 11 September 2025 to allow time to prepare the answer.
    • Other questions raised at the meeting requiring a detailed answer may need to be recorded and answered later.

VOTING RIGHTS OF OWNERS

Please note that voting rights are restricted to ONE per Pinosol property. Joint owners must nominate one person to represent the household. Only Pinosol owners, or their legal representatives, can attend the A.G.M. other people who live with a property owner may also attend but are not permitted to speak.

Owners who are debtors are not allowed to vote.
