Helen Duarte
I have no previous experience in any community of owners’ office, but I do have experience in managing work groups and professional meetings.

I believe that my professional experience can help in community of owners’ issues.

Jane Frazer
I have been living in Pinosol for 12 years with my husband, Paul. I enlisted in the Royal Navy at the age of 17 as a communications officer and, after having my two children, joined the Grampian Police. For 10 years I worked as a first responder, dealing with everything from domestic and commercial crime prevention to community involvement, court appearances and attendance at neighbourhood council meetings.

My time in the Royal Navy and the police allowed me to develop excellent teamwork, organisational and communication skills, especially in dealing with the public.

I have qualifications as an architectural technician and interior designer; I also worked as a computer-aided draughtsman and design instructor at Aberdeen College, using AutoCAD.

Since residing in Pinosol, I have been closely linked to local and regional disability-related social services, as my husband has a disability.

I have demonstrated my commitment to the local community by making masks, enlivening evenings with music during the COVID pandemic, and being part of the Pinosol committee for the past two years.
